Permanent magnet synchronous motor mainly consists of stator, rotor and shell components. Under normal operation of permanent magnet motor, the rotor and stator magnetic field are in a synchronized state, there is no induced current in the rotor part, there is no rotor copper consumption and hysteresis, eddy current loss, and there is no need to consider the problem of rotor loss and heating. Generally, permanent magnet motors are powered by special inverter, which naturally has the function of soft start. In addition, permanent magnet motor belongs to synchronous motor, with synchronous motor through the excitation strength of the power factor adjustment characteristics, so the power factor can be designed to the specified value.
From the starting point of view of analysis, due to the permanent magnet motor by the frequency converter power supply or supporting the actual frequency converter starting, permanent magnet motor starting process is very easy to realize; and frequency converter motor starting similar to avoid the ordinary cage asynchronous motor starting defects.
