The 5.3MW high-voltage permanent magnet motor independently developed by Mingteng Motor has been successfully put into use.

In May 2021, Anhui Mingteng Permanent-Magnetic Machinery & Electrical Equipment Co.,Ltd made a major technical breakthrough in the development of high power high voltage super efficient three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, and successfully independently developed 5300 kW high voltage super efficient three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, which was officially put into use in the slag mill system of Shandong Rizhao Lupi New Materials Co. This is the application of China’s 5300 kW high-power high-voltage super-efficient three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor in the industrial field, which shows that Anhui Mingteng Permanent Magnet Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. has the leading technical level in developing permanent magnet synchronous motor in the industrial field, and also marks the opening of the era of permanent magnet motor above 5 MW in China.

(1)Optimized electromagnetic design, the stator and rotor core material is made of high performance cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which suppresses high frequency iron consumption and improves efficiency.
(2) Adopt end-cap sliding bearing structure, high load capacity, low noise and vibration, high reliability, easy to use and maintain, enhance the load capacity of the motor, especially the superior anti-vibration load capacity.
(3)Selecting the slot fit, preferably stator slot ratio, effectively reducing the motor slot torque and reducing the motor noise.
(4)Adopt IC666 cooling method, both internal and external air circulation rely on the cooler fan to enhance the cooling effect and effectively reduce the motor temperature rise.
(5)The rotor shaft adopts welded spoke plate structure to enhance the rotor stiffness and reduce the vibration value of the whole machine.

Compared with induction motor, permanent magnet motor is a motor that uses permanent magnet material to establish magnetic field and does not need reactive excitation current to establish magnetic field, which has high efficiency and power factor, good starting torque performance, low noise, low vibration, temperature rise, etc. It is a high-efficiency motor promoted by the state. China’s motor holdings of about 2 billion kilowatts, the vast majority of motors in use is the Y series to eliminate backward asynchronous motors, high-efficiency motors account for only about 3%, the use of a large number of inefficient motors caused a huge waste of electricity.
